Job Description – Account Executive

Expectations/Responsibilities:

  • Self-prospect key targeted accounts to schedule discovery and demo calls
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Solutions Engineers and conduct discovery with all new prospects to understand needs and ensure you have proper info to conduct demonstrations and guide conversation with prospects throughout their evaluation process
  • Lead all diagnostic meetings, and web-based / in-person demos (with a supporting cast) highlighting solutions that map to potential client needs
  • Quarterback deals with key internal Exenta resources to successfully win large pieces of business
  • Game plan and execute strategy to achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales goals, proactively manage qualified pipeline of outbound and inbound leads
  • Proactively utilize Salesforce to manage, organize, and report your pipeline
  • Attend trade events to build brand awareness and generate sales qualified opportunities

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Fashion industry knowledge combined with technology / SaaS industry experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Non – Negotiable Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in SaaS, fashion or warehousing logistics industry
  • Successful experience hunting and building new business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM
  • Experience selling to teams, CxO and VP level audiences

Training

  • Invest extensively in new hires training
  • May need to travel to train in NY HQ on occasion

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Commission
    • Tiered structure, commission percent increases with the more you sell, uncapped
